We're seeking professional and friendly Front Office Receptionists, better known as GGL Ambassadors- to join our team! Ideal candidates will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and fellow team members, managing the front desk providing exceptional customer service. You'll ensure a positive experience and smooth operations of office operations for everyone who walks in the door!

- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or destination.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing general information as needed.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, providing excellent customer service with professionalism and courtesy.
- Review emails for new client leads and create intake in our case management system (Smart Advocate).
- Handle new client intakes both via phone calls and in person. Create intake in our CMS and assign accordingly.
- Assist with mail distribution for incoming and outgoing packages, as needed.
- Ensure the smooth running of daily office functions.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish & English (required).
- 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferred.
- Stellar communication skills and active listening ability.
- Organizational superpowers and laser-sharp attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy—proficient with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Professional presence and a people-first mindset.
- Ability to adapt quickly and juggle multiple priorities with grace.
