The Intake Specialist will be responsible for managing the intake process for new and prospective clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience. Primary duties include gathering and verifying client information, assisting families with understanding necessary documentation, and providing excellent customer service. As a key point of contact, the Intake Specialist will communicate with families and insurance providers to facilitate the process. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lakewood, NJ.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with clients and families
- Experience in Client Intake and Customer Service to manage onboarding processes efficiently
- Knowledge of Insurance procedures and forms to assist families with documentation requirements
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and record-keeping systems
- Previous experience in healthcare or ABA therapy settings is a plus
