What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front desk position at Spring Oak Senior Living?

Onsite: 52 Madison Ave, Lakewood, NJ 08701
\n- Provide basic facility information such as brochures and informational packets to persons requesting about the community and its programs
- Greet visitors in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Screens and requires all visitors to sign in at reception desk.
- Notifies residents or department heads when visitors are present. Instruct visitors according to individual instructions.
- Perform clerical duties as assigned.
- Handle phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette,
- Schedule tours/visits tour prospective residents
- Must have open availability 3 days per week Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
