Career Readiness Learning Objectives:
Communication : The Well-being Department provides education and programming to enhance the well-being of our Gannon community. Written and verbal communication skills are imperative when delivering wellness programming in an effective and seamless manner. Student workers in the Well-being Department are expected to communicate effectively with teammates as well as participants enrolled in well-being programs.
Equity and Inclusion: Student workers in the Well-being Department will assist with programming on campus that is inclusive and equitable to our entire campus community. Creating a culture of equity and inclusion is a top priority of the Well-being Department as we strive to build a culture of well-being for all Gannon community members.
Professionalism: Students in the Well-being Department are expected to be punctual, dependable, and dress appropriately for wellness events. Students may be asked to dress in business casual attire for events.

Student Workers Are Responsible For
- Helping to plan and implement well-being events and programs on campus, including assisting with set up and tear down of well-being events
- Designing and distributing flyers and marketing materials for well-being programming
- Designing educational materials for various wellness programs
- Data entry and survey collection
- Assembling equipment for the Ergonomic Program
- Delivering wellness equipment and supplies across campus
- Assisting with Hunger-free programming, including food distribution
- Assisting with Walmart Trips
- Other duties as assigned
