A growing and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join its Business & Finance practice in West Palm Beach. This opportunity offers exposure to a broad range of sophisticated corporate transactions and business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private placements, and entity governance. The role provides substantial responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment.

✨ Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on a wide range of corporate and business law matters

• Assist with mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and joint venture transactions

• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and corporate agreements

• Support entity formation, governance, and ongoing corporate compliance matters

• Participate in private placements and other corporate finance transactions

• Manage components of complex transactions from inception through closing

• Collaborate with attorneys and clients to provide practical, business-oriented legal solutions

• Conduct legal research and assist with strategic planning for corporate transactions

✅ Qualifications:

✔ 3-5 years of corporate law experience

✔ Experience with mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters

✔ Exposure to private placements and business transactions preferred

✔ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on complex matters

✔ Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills

✔ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

✔ Strong academic credentials required

✔ Commitment to delivering practical, client-focused legal counsel

💰 Compensation: $215,000–$250,000 annually (based on experience), plus potential discretionary
