SUMMARY
Responsible for the safety and security of the employees, customers, assets and facilities.
DUTIES
- Communicates potential problems and assists employees and guests in emergencies.
- Controls and diffuses potential conflicts.
- Controls access to the video lottery facility and restricted areas.
- Verifies gaming and monetary transactions on the casino floor.
PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES
- Must be in good physical condition.
- Ability to provide assistance to Guest and fellow employees, which will include lifting or restraining.
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, lift and reach continuously during the workday.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs without assistance and up to to 250 lbs with assistance.
MENTAL CAPABILITIES
- Ability to make quick decisions.
- Ability to follow established policies and procedures.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
REQUIREMENTS
- Team Player
- Minimum 19 years old
- No felony convictions
- Delaware Lottery Gaming License
