Responsible for carving meat for sandwiches made to order in Bolo’s. Prepares food and beverages in the Grab ‘n Go and conducts transactions with patrons. Responsible for providing prompt and friendly service to all of the guests of the establishment in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner. Consistently demonstrates superior customer service through a positive attitude, outgoing and friendly disposition and ever present friendly smile. Complies with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls and government rules and regulations. Promotes positive public and employee relations. Performs other duties as assigned.      

• Must maintain a pleasant, congenial personality and a positive disposition.
• Provides prompt, courteous, efficient and friendly quality service.
• Maintains good attendance/ Must be well groomed, dressed in provided uniform with company issued non-skid shoes.
• Responsible for set-up, stock and providing service to Grab-n-Go patrons.
• Prepares food/ snacks to include hot and cold sandwiches and dispenses beverages while maintaining a sanitary work environment.
• Responsible for utilizing all safety equipment as mandated by the position.
• Operates the point of sale (cash register) accepts cash, coupons, comps. and/or any other acceptable form of payment in settlement of sale.
• Properly balances and records receipts and makes cash deposit to cash room at the end of designated shift.
• Responsible for end of shift close-up of snack bar and appropriate paperwork including stock requisitions.
• Maintains Grab-n-Go within all guidelines set by Board of Health.
• Utilizes all safety equipment as mandated by the position.
• Complies with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal             controls and government rules and regulations.

PHYSICAL – 

Ability to walk, stand, stoop, bend, reach and stretch.

Ability to perform heavy lifting -50 lbs. plus with or without assistance.                                                          

 Ability to visually view work area.

MENTAL –

Ability to communicate with co-workers and public.

Ability to understand and follow directions.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.

Ability to work independently as well as with others as a team player.
