As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and executing menu items with accuracy, speed, and consistency. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized.
Position Overview
As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for receiving and check orders preparing menu items with accuracy, speed, and consistency. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to stay organized and the capacity to mult task .
Schedule Requirements
Weekend Availability Required
Monday and Wednesday 6 am -12 pm
Friday 6 am -10 am
Final shift assignments will be determined based on availability and staffing needs.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned station
Ensure food quality and portion control
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Restock and prep ingredients for service
Communicate clearly with management and front-of-house staff
Qualifications
Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Food safety knowledge
