Position Overview
As a Dishwasher, you will ensure all dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized properly. You’ll help maintain a safe and organized workspace that allows the kitchen team to operate efficiently — especially during high-volume game days.
Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area and bathrooms
- Take out trash and maintain dumpster area cleanliness
- Assist with basic prep tasks when needed
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors as scheduled
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Support kitchen team during peak service hours
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Restaurant experience preferred but not required
Schedule
Flexible scheduling available, including nights and weekends.
Weekend availability is strongly preferred due to game day volume.
