Position Overview:
Galveston Helicopter Adventures is seeking motivated, results-driven individuals to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will focus on converting inquiries into bookings, upselling customers experience, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upselling & Upgrading: Identify opportunities to upgrade tour packages.
- Product Knowledge: Be an expert in Galveston Helicopter Adventures tour packages, providing detailed, accurate information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Onsite Support: Escort passengers safely to and from the helicopter while delivering exceptional service. Capturing memories with a Photo package or a video of the Around the Island Tour.
- Customer Relationship Building: Develop rapport and trust with customers, creating a personalized experience that encourages repeat business and positive reviews.
- Clean & Professional Environment: Maintain a clean and tidy, welcoming workspace that reflects Galveston Helicopter Adventures high standards.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Excellent communication.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to gain hands-on experience with helicopter operations.
- Must have a reliable mode of transportation and a current drivers license.
Base pay with generous commission structure for souvenir sales and tips.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
