Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and responding to inquiries.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
• Handle filing and organization of documents to ensure easy access to information.
• Provide administrative support, including calendar management and booking reservations.
• Assist with customer support by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized front office environment.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency.

Experience

• Strong customer service skills with a background in front desk operations preferred.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients.
• Organizational skills and time management abilities are critical for managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Experience as a hotel receptionist is advantageous but not mandatory.
