Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Seabrook, Texas. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional support. Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Handle import and export customer service tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform data entry tasks, including entering invoices and maintaining records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and resolve customer issues.
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.
• Provide support within a call center setting, addressing customer concerns and resolving complaints.
• Maintain detailed and organized documentation of all customer interactions.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Adapt to changing processes and systems to meet business needs.
• Uphold company standards for customer service and professionalism.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related roles.
• Proficiency in data entry, including experience with entering invoices.
• Familiarity with import and export customer service processes.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
