Duties
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring each interaction is positive and professional
- Assist clients with inquiries related to products, services, billing, and account management
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on leads, gather feedback, or promote new offerings
- Maintain accurate data entry records within our customer relationship management (CRM) system using Microsoft Office tools and other software
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when required
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients
- Analyze customer needs to recommend tailored solutions that enhance satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong plus—bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in call center environments or customer service roles preferred
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products/services effectively
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—with active listening abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and general computer skills
- Experience with data entry, analysis skills, and call handling techniques including outbound calling
- Knowledge of customer support best practices, call center procedures, and phone etiquette
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute is desirable
