customer needs and developing relationships with builders, contractors,
architects, professional remodelers and trade organizations.

originating new customer relationships through networking, referrals and
face-to-face meetings.

customers grow their business and offer a single point of contact for
their ongoing needs.

Qualifications:
- To
perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each

- Bachelor’s
degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years
related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education
and experience.
- Individual’s
motor vehicle record must also comply with company requirements.
Benefits
- New
Hire Comp, annual base salary of $50,000 $2,000.00 monthly guaranteed
commission for first 12 months. After 12 months, then on the
standard commission and bonus structure.
- After
guarantee period, annual base salary is performance driven (will go up or
down based on previous years bookings)
- Commission
plan - Commission can be up to 5.60% based upon discount applied to Net
Price of product and/or service.
- Monthly
bonus opportunity based upon monthly actual bookings; 1.0% for booking
<75% of quota attainment and 1.75% for booking >=75% of quota
attainment.
- Standard
IRS Mileage reimbursement (for new hire and existing consultants).
