A Residential Sales Consultant is responsible for a completely
satisfying turn-key installation of replacement windows to homeowners.
Achieving individual sales goals by presenting a compelling case for customers
to choose. Understanding customer wants and needs is critical and the ability
to translate our product offerings to match will help you be successful in this
role. Striving for a first-time close and planning for and delivering effective
follow up on the rest. Proactively seeking out new referrals through customer
relationship networking will help you be successful in this role. Continually

Additional Responsibilities:
· Deliver a detailed sales presentation.
· Prepare and present a price quote before
leaving each appointment.
· Follow up and respond to all customer
questions within 24 hours.
· Be available for customer appointments
during evenings and Saturdays, in addition to weekday hours.

· Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year
college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training,

Benefits
California Retail Sales Consultant Comp
- New
Hire- $40,000 annual base salary 0-1.25% commission for the time period
required to provide new reps with their first 150 company generated
appointments. Can go off sooner. This is enough “at bats” to
be fully trained and ready for 100% commission.
- Full
Commission Plan- No annual base salary- can earn up to 5.05% commission on
jobs sold (base on discount) and a draw of $1346.15 every 2 weeks.
- Monthly
bonus opportunity based upon monthly actual bookings once Rep R90 gross
close target is met or exceeded. Payout is 2.5% for booking <75% of
quota attainment and 4.00% for booking >=75% of quota attainment.
- Mileage
reimbursement at current IRS limit (for new hire and existing
consultants).
