About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Director of Information Technology to build and scale our technology infrastructure as Gallo expands into new regions, grows its workforce, and accelerates operations company-wide. This role is responsible for ensuring our IT systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with company-wide business goals. You’ll work closely with executive leadership, regional teams, and vendors to deliver technology solutions that keep our business running smoothly and support future growth.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the IT Department and CFO to create and execute global IT plans
- Lead IT operations and strategy across the entire company, spanning all regions and business entities
- Oversee infrastructure, networks, cloud systems, and business applications
- Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and data protection standards are met
- Partner with business leaders to align technology priorities with organizational needs
- Drive IT projects, budgets, and vendor relationships
- Implement and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years of IT leadership experience, with multi-site and national or regional oversight
- Strong background in IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Demonstrated hands-on experience deploying and administering HR technology platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving ability
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
