Compensation
$32.00 - $39.42 per hour
The posted range reflects total potential earnings. Compensation is based on experience, shift, and benefit selections. Employees who opt out of certain benefits may be eligible for higher hourly pay.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Assist with care planning and documentation
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team
Qualifications
- Active State LPN license
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
