Gallatin Manor NursingRehabilitation is hiring for our Paid CNA Training Program, designed for individuals who want to become Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). No healthcare experience is required-just a positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to care for others.
This program combines classroom instruction with supervised clinical training, giving you the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to begin a rewarding career in long-term care.
What We Offer

After Successful Completion
Participants who successfully complete the program and obtain State CNA certification may be offered a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant position at Gallatin Manor NursingRehabilitation.
Starting CNA pay: $19.50 per hour
