Pay
$32.00 - $39.42 per hour
Pay rate is based on experience and benefit selections. Employees who opt out of certain benefits may be eligible for higher hourly pay.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes
- Collaborate with nurses, providers, and care staff
- Support a safe, positive environment for residents
Qualifications
- Active state LPN license required
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
