Your Role as a Home Care Aide:

• Assist with Personal Care: Help clients with daily activities like bathing, grooming, dressing, and maintaining their hygiene.
• Monitor Vital Signs: Keep an eye on patient health by monitoring vitals (temperature, respiration, pulse) and reporting any changes in their condition.
• Provide Companionship: Offer emotional support and engage clients in conversations, helping them feel valued and less isolated.
• Follow Care Plans: Carry out tasks as outlined in the established care plan to ensure clients receive the best care possible.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: Previous experience as a Home Health Aide, Home Care Aide, or DSP is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with a caring heart.
• Caring Nature: You should have agenuine passion for helping othersand a compassionate approach to caregiving.
• Dependability: We rely on our Home Care Aides to be punctual, professional, and reliable in following through with care plans.
• Communication Skills: Proficiency in English, as youll be reporting patient conditions and collaborating with the team.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Drivers License: A valid drivers license is required to travel to clients homes.
