Job Title: AI Tester

Job Summary
Seeking an experienced QA Automation professional with strong expertise in Playwright, AI-driven testing, and automation leadership. The role involves designing and maintaining automation frameworks, driving AI adoption within testing practices, collaborating with stakeholders, and guiding offshore teams to deliver high-quality testing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Playwright-based UI and API automation solutions.
- Drive AI adoption, automation strategy, and testing standards across projects.
- Design automation solutions and scalable testing frameworks.
- Lead and mentor offshore QA and automation teams.
- Review AI-generated outputs and ensure quality standards are met.
- Create and work with AI agents for testing and automation initiatives.
- Utilize AI tools such as Copilot for test generation, script creation, and debugging.
- Validate and test AI-generated code and outputs.
- Apply effective prompting techniques and understand AI guardrails.
- Analyze requirements and design in-sprint and regression test cases.
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman and RestSharp.
- Conduct database validation and backend data checks using SQL.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint grooming and daily standups.
- Analyze existing codebases and products to improve test coverage.
- Execute test cases, analyze failures, and log defects in tracking tools.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Follow established STLC processes and QA standards.
