Must-Have Skills
- End User Computing (EUC) operations with L1, L2, and L3 support.
- Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, compliance policies, and device management.
- Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID) identity and access management.
- Endpoint security including BitLocker, Microsoft Defender, and Conditional Access.
Secondary (Nice-to-Have Skills Not Mandatory)
- PowerShell automation and scripting.
- Application packaging (MSI, MSIX, IntuneWin).
- Patch management and CAB processes.
- Microsoft 365 application support.
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on audit readiness.
