Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (mandatory).
- Resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues.
- Manage and track incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
- Perform user account management, password resets, and basic Active Directory administration.
- Install and support Microsoft Office 365 and other business applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Experience with Jira is plus.
