We are seeking an experienced WMS Program Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, logistics coordination, and team performance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily receiving, shipping, storage, and inventory handling operations.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, operational procedures, and legal regulations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, monitor stock levels, and coordinate with procurement teams to meet demand.
- Manage damaged or expired stock liquidation processes efficiently.
- Recruit, train, coach, and schedule warehouse staff while supporting team development and performance improvement.
- Track and analyze warehouse KPIs such as picking accuracy, turnaround time, and operational efficiency.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), specifically Manhattan Active WMS, to optimize warehouse operations.
