Role Name: Lead AEM Developer

Location: Maryland(Onsite)

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites, Assets, workflows, and digital content solutions.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, UX teams, architects, and AEM developers to translate requirements into scalable AEM solutions.

Support AEM implementations involving content management, templates, components, integrations, and Adobe Cloud Manager/CI-CD processes.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, requirement workshops, UAT, and ensure successful delivery of AEM enhancements and digital experiences.

Experience with AEM, CMS platforms, REST APIs, SDLC/Agile, and strong stakeholder communication is highly preferred.
