We’re recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative for a client in the biotechnology and cellular therapy industry. This is a phone-based sales and customer support role focused on lead outreach, prospect follow-up, CRM tracking, and helping customers understand technical life science products.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to qualify leads and introduce products
- Follow up with prospects, customers, and active accounts
- Track calls, notes, and next steps in the CRM system
- Answer basic product questions and support the sales process
- Help resolve customer concerns and escalate more complex issues when needed
- Communicate clearly by phone and email with customers and internal teams
- Stay organized while managing multiple follow-ups and priorities
Requirements
- Inside sales, customer service, or business development experience
- Experience in biotech, medical device, pharmaceutical, software, or technical sales is helpful
- Background in biology, chemistry, life sciences, or a related field is preferred
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Strong phone presence and professional communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, responsive, and coachable
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn technical products
