Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and compliance
- Monitor legislative changes and implement required updates
- Coordinate with Benefits on deductions and related initiatives
- Oversee payroll audits and provide documentation
- Support annual workers’ compensation audits
- Maintain payroll policies, procedures, and controls
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities
- Partner with systems teams on configuration updates and testing
- Manage vendor relationships (ADP or similar)
- Review and approve bonus runs and year-end filings
- Serve as escalation point for complex payroll issues
