Role
The Oracle Developer will support the company’s Oracle Fusion/Utilities environment, involving development, configuration, integrations, reporting, data activities, troubleshooting, and application support.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, develop, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and related applications.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Create and maintain integrations, extensions, reports, and data extracts.
- Support data conversion, validation, and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with data engineers and architects to ensure solutions align with standards.
- Troubleshoot application issues and maintain system reliability.
- Participate in testing, UAT, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Document configurations, integrations, and technical designs.
- Work with vendors and partners for knowledge transfer and application support.
Location: This role is onsite in Buffalo, NY; Erie, PA; or Dayton, OH. Relocation assistance is available for non-local candidates.
Required Background:
- 5 years of Oracle Developer experience in enterprise application development or related fields. Experience in utilities, energy, financial services, or regulated industries is preferred.
- Proficient with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Benefits, and Security.
- Experience with enterprise implementations, acquisitions, and major platform transitions.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Local to listed areas or willing to relocate.
- Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
