OVERALL SUMMARY:
Leading and well-established organization dominating the market in their industry with a positive work environment is seeking a skilled Day Shift Maintenance Technician specializing in PLC systems with a primary focus on hydraulics, pneumatics, and valves. This position is located in the southwest suburb of Atlanta, GA. Competitive hourly pay is offered for this role. The day shift hours are from 7:00am to 3:30pm (Monday to Friday) with overtime compensated at time and a half. In addition, excellent 401K matching and comprehensive company benefits are provided. The primary duties include maintenance, service, and troubleshooting of machinery and facilities; conducting adjustments, mechanical, and electrical repairs in a safe and efficient manner.
VALVE EXPERIENCE IN HYDRAULICS AND PNEUMATICS IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE, WITH THE ABILITY TO TROUBLESHOOT, REPLACE, AND REBUILD VALVES. Much of this work is related to the die cast production equipment within the facility.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent required, along with two to four years of relevant experience and/or training, or a combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a multi-craft maintenance technician
- Proficiency in troubleshooting pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical systems
- Experience in repairing equipment, fixtures, and systems
