- Serving as a technical consultant to engineering and sales on design issues while supporting field service opportunities.
- Conducting thorough quality checks to guarantee customer specifications are met and documenting changes for future consistency.
- Actively supporting 5S initiatives, quality policies, and team problem-solving to enhance overall product excellence.
