Duties
- Efficiently clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold sanitation standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping ingredients, assembling plates, or portioning items under supervision.
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and resetting them for new guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas by sweeping, mopping, and organizing tables and chairs regularly.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to deliver excellent hospitality experiences through teamwork and positive communication.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
