The Role
The Line Cook will work closely with our lead chef to execute recipes and food preparation throughout breakfast and lunch service. Duties will include prepping and execution of assigned stations throughout service.
What we're looking for
- Professional culinary experience desired. However we are willing to train a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability and willingness to follow specific directions from the lead chef.
- Breakfast and lunch experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong organization and active listening skills.
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work quickly under pressure.
- Food safety certification.
- Familiarity with special dietary needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Point of Sale software.
- Ability to work 8 hour shifts.
- Ability to life 50 pounds.

Base Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
