SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Process Deployment Specialist to join our Warehouse Operations team. This role is responsible for supporting the deployment of operational improvements and standard procedures across all fulfillment centers. This role is responsible for assisting in Site Inventory Audits as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. This person will play a critical role in training and implementing scalable processes to improve overall efficiency and compliance.
KEY RESULT AREA
- Create SOP documentation to support new and existing warehouse operational processes
- Support deployment of new operational processes, SOPs, and best practices across warehouse functions (receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping).
- Monitor process adoption and provide feedback for ongoing refinement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards during deployments.
- Assist in system upgrades, WMS changes, and tool rollouts impacting warehouse operations.
- Provide hands-on training and coaching for designated warehouser trainers and employees during new process implementations.
- Assist in on-site inventory audits as required by Operational Leadership
- Any other duties as assigned by the manager
SKILLS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficient with WMS systems, MS Excel, and inventory management tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays during peak periods.
- Travel up to 75% to G10 Fulfilment sites as required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, or related work preferred.
- 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or quality assurance
- Prior experience with process improvement or process deployment in a distribution environment is highly desirable
