Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator is responsible for serving G10 Third party Logistic customers. Collaborating with the team to provide support for current customers and support the effective and efficient onboarding of new and potential future customers.

KEY RESULT AREA

• Maintains communication with existing and previous customers assigned by answering incoming customer questions and requests for assistance in a timely manner.
• Acts as a company representative at all times and during any interactions with customers, serving as a true professional.
• Provide transactional support for third party logistic operations, including but not limited to:

• Order Entry / Routing
• Scheduling Shipments
• Breech Order Review and Research
• Creating Reports

• Respond to all customer requests efficiently, best practice is within 24 hours
• Provide outstanding communication with all external and internal customers both in written and verbal format.
• Communicates project requirements to Account Manager as and when required.
• Identifies potential project risks to Account Manager to develop/implement strategies to minimize impact and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines.
• Create checklist to ensure that support can be provided by other team members in the absence of the Account Coordinator
• Any other duties as assigned by the manager.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Will be sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 15lbs.

• High School Diploma
• Associate degree, preferred.
• 2 years of relevant experience, preferred.
