implement, and maintain process improvements to enhance production
efficiency and product quality. Conduct root cause analysis to identify
issues and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards.
Utilize AutoCAD and Creo for designing process layouts and equipment
modifications. Manage project scheduling and timelines for process
improvement initiatives. Provide technical support for industrial
equipment used in the manufacturing process. Apply lean manufacturing
principles to streamline operations and reduce waste. Train production
staff on new processes and equipment usage. Experience Bachelor\'s
degree in Engineering or related field. Proven experience in process
engineering within a manufacturing environment, specifically with
plastics injection molding. Proficiency in programming languages
relevant to process automation is a plus. Familiarity with project
scheduling tools and methodologies. Strong analytical skills with
experience in root cause analysis techniques. Knowledge of lean
manufacturing practices is highly desirable. Experience with industrial
