Job Title: Senior Integration Planner (I&E) – Turnaround
Location: Plaquemine, LA (Onsite)
Duration: 3 months contract
Pay Rate: $45/hour on W2 - $48/hour on W2
Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Integration Planner (Instrumentation & Electrical) to support turnaround (TA) activities. This is a highly technical planning role requiring strong expertise in I&E systems and industrial maintenance planning.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing field findings, developing detailed work packages, and coordinating materials and resources to ensure successful execution during the turnaround.
Key Responsibilities
- Review equipment and system findings identified during turnaround inspections
- Develop detailed Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) work packages
- Plan and coordinate required materials, tools, and labor crews
- Work closely with operations, maintenance, and contractors to ensure readiness
- Track and manage planning activities to meet turnaround timelines
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for I&E planning and execution support
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in instrumentation and electrical (I&E)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Instrumentation systems (transmitters, control valves, analyzers, etc.)
- Electrical systems (motors, MCCs, power distribution, etc.)
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance planning
- Prior experience supporting turnarounds/shutdowns in industrial environments
- Ability to independently develop and manage work packages
Preferred Background
- Experience in chemical plants or refineries
- Background working with I&E contractors (e.g., MMR, Triad, Westgate or similar)
- Hands-on field experience combined with planning expertise
Additional Requirements
- TWIC Card required
- Ability to work onsite and support turnaround schedule

This is a highly specialized role. Candidates with strong I&E technical expertise and turnaround planning experience will be prioritized.
