Job Title: Senior Executive Assistant / Administrative Business Partner
Location: Plaquemine, LA (Onsite)
Duration: 3 months contract
Pay Rate Range - $26/hour on W2 - $30/hour on W2
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive Assistant / Administrative Business Partner to provide strategic and administrative support to senior leadership. This role goes beyond traditional administrative responsibilities and requires a proactive professional who can anticipate needs, manage priorities, and operate with a high level of independence and discretion.
The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including complex calendar and time management
- Act as a primary point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
- Proactively anticipate and address leadership needs, ensuring priorities are aligned with business goals
- Coordinate and manage meetings, events, and conferences, including agendas, logistics, and technology requirements
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other business documents
- Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, and documentation
- Screen and prioritize communications, responding independently when appropriate
- Handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Support expense reporting (TER), review submissions, and ensure compliance with company policies
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior administrative staff and contribute to team coordination
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and adopt new tools/technologies to enhance productivity
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting senior leadership (VP level or above preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision
- Experience managing complex calendars, travel, and executive communications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a large corporate or global environment
- Demonstrated ability to mentor or lead other administrative professionals
