Supervisor General

·         Must be available to work any shift, overtime and weekends.

·         Ability to supervise up to 30 people.

·         Some computer skills required to perform daily administrative tasks.

·         Ability to work with a unionized workforce.

·         Manage day-to-day production activities.

Skills Required:

·         Management, Microsoft Outlook, Powerpoint, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Problem Solving, Process Improvement

Skills Preferred:

·         Management, Analytical skills, Manufacturing Processes, Administration

Experience Required:

·         3 years' experience in a union environment

Education Required:

·         High School Diploma / GED

Education Preferred:

·         Certification Program, Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree
