What are the responsibilities and job description for the Engine Dyno Test Technician position at G-TECH Services, Inc.?
2nd Shift - 2:00- 10:30/ training will be on 1st shift starting at 6:30 a.m. for 2 momths.
4 year degree REQUIRED- any field.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in engine builds, test stand setup, and data acquisition systems. You will be responsible for executing engine pallet builds for dynamometer testing, setting up and calibrating transducers and sensors, and ensuring that test procedures are followed in accordance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
This position is for Engine Development – no start button, 10% automated and the rest is manual. Engine development manual testing with calibration and hardware development. Lab environment
Required:
· Bachelor’s Degree (no preference on area of Degree)
· Years of experience – 4 -5 years
· Looking for more diesel experience – this is important - nice to have and will move a candidate to the top of the list
· Must have puma or dyno experience
· Will be developing calibrations or hardware to support the launch of the new properties
· Experience with fabrication capability and troubleshooting
· Problem solving (will be screened on this in an interview)
