Farmers Insurance District 3504 is a Presidents Council district, (Top 1% of Districts Nationwide) and we are led by a dynamic team of professionals.

The G. Gonzalez Agency Farmers Insurance is looking for friendly, dedicated professionals to join their amazing team as a Full-Time Insurance Account Manager.

You will be responsible for ensuring your clients have the coverage they need while offering additional products that may be beneficial to their goals. You will have the opportunity to utilize your customer service skills while growing your sales career.

Salary Range: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour

Hourly Base Salary Commission Bonus Opportunities

What you bring

• Active Texas Property and Casualty General Lines license required
• Minimum 1 year Insurance Sales Experience
• Track Record of Success, be prepared to discuss your numbers (calls a day and close ratio)
• Complete the assessment as soon as possible
• An assessment is required to arrange an interview
• We will be willing and are open to discuss compensation arrangements

We give you leads!

You will:

• Call and connect with given leads.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Offer and bundle and close a high percentage of the given leads
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Handle all incoming calls from customers and follow-up.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Document each customer contact into Data
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
• Earn hourly compensation plus commissions and bonuses.
