Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Sales Agent will engage with clients to understand their insurance needs, provide tailored coverage options, and build long-lasting client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales consultations, assisting clients with insurance quotes and policy selection, delivering excellent customer service, and staying informed about industry updates. Successful candidates will also participate in ongoing training to further develop their skills and expertise in the insurance field.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
- Proven Sales abilities and experience in achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with Insurance products and an understanding of coverage options (prior experience in insurance is highly beneficial)
- Ability and willingness to participate in Training to stay informed about industry changes and improve performance
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a customer-focused mindset
- Property & Casualty General Lines License is required
- Bilingual is preferred and plus
