Responsibilities
What you will be doing:
- Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to develop insurance quotes. make sales presentations and close sales to meet established sales goals.
- With your keen attention to detail, you'll be processing policy changes, cross-selling and rounding out client accounts and obtaining referrals.
- Using your excellent problem-solving skills, you will be overcoming objections, following up with clients to ensure satisfaction, and educating & advising clients on the best policies for their unique needs.
- With your excellent rapport-building talents, you will be building clientele via telephone prospecting, cold-calling, and warm leads obtained via referrals and other marketing activities.
What we Require:
- Property and Casualty General Lines is Required.
- 2 Years Successful Sales Career in Insurance is required
- Ability to generate new business through lead generation, referrals and networking
- Ability to call leads we provide
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable.
