GA Rogers Associates is partnering with a manufacturing company in hiring a talented Technical Sales Engineer for their Pennsauken, NJ office. This role will be the go-to technical expert, helping to showcase their advanced precision grinding and machining solutions.
Key Role Highlights:
- Technical SME: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for precision grinding, tooling, and machining processes, matching complex manufacturing needs with our machine solutions.
- Revenue Driver: Directly responsible for driving order intake and achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Consulting & Project Leadership: Lead custom machine configuration, quoting, and critical customer feasibility/sampling studies.
- Collaborative Environment: Work closely with Engineering, Operations, and Regional Sales to ensure seamless project delivery.

What We Require:
- 3 Years in Technical Sales (machine tools/capital equipment experience strongly preferred).
- Mandatory Hands-On Experience with machining, tooling, or precision grinding.
- Strong project management, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally for customer meetings and trade shows.
- (Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and experience with Salesforce CRM)
