Office Manager (IICRC / Xactimate Certified) - RESTORATION SERVICES FIRM

- Salary: $75,000-$90,000 per year
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Restoration Office Manager for a small, fast-paced office. The ideal candidate is a self-directed professional who can independently manage all administrative, estimating, and client-facing functions. You will be the central point of contact for clients in distress, insurance adjusters, and our field team.
Core Responsibilities
- Client & Adjuster Relations: Serve as the primary contact for client intake, job updates, and adjuster inquiries, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Estimating & Billing: Utilize Xactimate to prepare accurate estimates, supplements, and invoices.
- Financial & Admin: Manage all job file documentation (IICRC forms, work authorizations, photos), accounts receivable (collections), accounts payable (vendor bills), and support for payroll tracking.
- Operations Support: Coordinate and dispatch daily schedules for technicians and project managers; manage all office supply needs.
Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- IICRC Certification (e.g., WRT)
- Xactimate Certification and high proficiency
- 2 years of direct experience in the property restoration industry
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or Coordinator in a related field.
- Excellent multitasking, communication, and customer service skills.
- Must be reliable, self-directed, and able to work in a small team environment.
