Vehicle Sales Representative - Used

Fyda Freightliner Columbus is an Elite Support Certified dealer of new Freightliner trucks and Battle Motors vocational severe-service vehicles, and carries a large inventory of all-makes of pre-owned trucks. Fyda Freightliner Columbus is the largest retailer of new and used Expediters in the United States. Serving the Columbus transportation industry hub since 1985, we operate as a full-service commercial truck dealership and body shop. 

Position Summary:

Outstanding opportunity to join area’s leading truck dealership. Primary responsibilities include:

• Service customers’ needs relating to sales of commercial used trucks.
• Maintain a database with essential customer and product information.
• Prospect for used truck customers.
• Demonstrate and quote equipment to prospective customers.
• Maintain customer relationships.
• Maintain and update CRM.
• Promote finance packages to qualified customers.
• Maintain professional appearance representing our company.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years sales experience; previous truck sales skills are preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated, verifiable experience building customer base and growing business; must be skilled at all stages of the sales cycle, including cold-calling and prospecting.
• Able to maintain multiple accounts
• Proven customer service and long-term relationship building record.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commercial driver’s license or willingness to obtain a CDL is a must.
