GP12

Summary/Objective 

Ensure that the parts being produced meet quality specifications and customer standards. 

Essential Functions

1. Visually check all parts produced to make sure they meet Quality Specifications and Customer Requirements. 
2. Properly dispose all the parts that are checked. 
3. Fill out the proper inspection documentation to show non-conforming products that have been found during the inspection process.

1. Must be familiar with ISO/TS 16949
2. Problem Solving/Analysis.

4. Ethical Conduct.
5. Time Management

Supervisory Responsibility

No supervisory responsibility in this position.

Work Environment

1. The job is on the Production Floor.
2. Must be 18 years or older

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to regularly lift glass. The employee may have to kneel or squat repeatedly. The employee must be able to distinguish between different colors and shapes of glass. The employee must be able to understand the GP12 forms and properly fill the form out daily. 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Please note: this is for 2nd shift and the hours are 2:55pm-11:25pm

Travel 

Travel is not expected for this position.

Required Education and Experience

1. A High School Diploma or one-year Automotive Quality.

Preferred Education and Experience

1. A High School Diploma and two years Automotive Quality.
