We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Sales Leader to lead and scale our sales strategy within the beauty industry. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding key retail and distribution partnerships, and leading a high performing sales team. Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team across multiple channels.
- Own revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline management.
Account Management & Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners (e.g., Sephora, Ulta, department stores, specialty retailers).
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and commercial agreements.
Market & Industry Expertise
- Stay ahead of beauty industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.
- Translate market insights into actionable sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on go to market strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment on launches and campaigns.
- Work closely with finance on pricing, margins, and revenue planning.
Performance & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics.
- Use data to inform decision-making and optimize sales processes.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of sales leadership experience, ideally within the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry.
- Proven success managing key retail accounts and driving significant revenue growth.
- Strong network within the beauty and retail space.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using CRM and sales reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is a plus.
