Position: Behavior Specialist
Position Purpose: The Behavior Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting students with
behavioral, social, and learning challenges. Their primary focus is applying the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to improve student behavior and learning outcomes. This includes conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, providing direct and indirect student support, providing training to staff, collaborating with school teams and families, and monitoring progress.

Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher in education, psychology, behavior analysis or related field, Preferred Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification (BCBA), hold or be eligible for required certification, IEP and FBA experience perferred.
