What You’ll Do
- Design plumbing systems including domestic water, sanitary, storm, and specialty systems
- Perform pipe sizing, fixture unit calculations, and system layouts
- Create construction documents using Revit
- Select and specify plumbing equipment and fixtures
- Coordinate designs with multi-disciplinary teams
- Participate in local client meetings and occasional site visits
- Support projects through construction administration
- Ensure compliance with IPC, UPC, and local codes
- Mentor junior engineers and support QA/QC efforts
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
- 5 years of plumbing design experience (required)
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Solid understanding of plumbing systems and applicable codes
- Experience working with clients and project teams
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Medical gas (med gas) experience
- EIT or PE (or in progress)
- Experience with project coordination or light project management
