Are you a Mechanical Engineer with MEP consulting experience looking to take the next step in your career? We're partnering with a highly respected Architecture & Engineering consulting firm seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join its growing New York team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse, high-impact projects while collaborating with an experienced multidisciplinary engineering team in a flexible hybrid environment.
What You'll Do:
✔ Design HVAC systems for commercial and institutional buildings
✔ Perform equipment selection, ductwork, and hydronic piping design
✔ Develop construction documents using Revit and BIM
✔ Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing teams
✔ Ensure designs meet applicable codes and project requirements
✔ Contribute to projects from concept through construction
What We're Looking For:
🔹 Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering
🔹 3 years of MEP consulting experience
🔹 Strong HVAC system design experience
🔹 Proficiency with Revit, Trane TRACE/TRACE 3D, and Microsoft Office
🔹 Knowledge of building codes and multidisciplinary coordination
🔹 Excellent communication and collaboration skills
